My brother knows that there are still some in Spain around Barcelona. He asks if he should keep me up to date. We stand in front of two large stone plates on which we shape sausages or dumplings from large masses of meat. I make them in different sizes. An older woman stands in front of me and takes small pieces. I reduce pieces that are too big into dumplings. Should I pour oil on the stone slabs to grill the sausages?
