I'm travelling by train in a compartment with D. We're close, my trousers are unzipped. C. comes by and is jealous. I fill in a lottery ticket, it rattles in a cup. D. stands close to me and C. comes back and sees us again and is very jealous. I go one compartment further back and open the door. The train isn't travelling very fast and I get off. I walk past the train and D. comes up to me. The others on the train cheer that we're leaving and don't let C. hold us back. I've won the lottery and promised to split the money with everyone. How many of us are there? Each of us gets 9 million. I go with D. to the hotel where we want to go to D.’s room. In the lift I notice that her hair is too short. Her face looks fat and conventional. She's not the right girl for me. It would be better if I were alone, not going from one woman to the next. We go too high, then back to the second floor. I make fun of a woman who can't open the door. In the room, I lie down on the floor in my coat. I'm terribly tired. Two other women are there. I fill in another lottery ticket. I reach past D. I write on a piece of plastic first, then peel it off. Then I see myself in the car in Switzerland. The camera zooms in on the number plate. That's the winner. The scene plays out twice. You can see me on the way to the hospital in Switzerland. The number plate is the winning lottery number. I have won again. Then I walk with K. through a town with lots of stalls. I tell him that we have to get off the road so that he doesn't get caught. Finally, the group of men who are looking for K. come towards us. I recognise them immediately. K. is hiding in a shop. I stand outside and try to tune a guitar without an amplifier. I hope they don't realise how absurd this is. One of them gives me a few coins, then they move on. I get K. but the danger is not over.
