A rocket. No air. I can still breathe.

I'm on top of a building with someone else. I'm holding a device that I'm using to pump something up. I'm not allowed to operate the pump for so long, but I do it anyway. When I move the pump to another place, it stops working. Is it broken? Then a black screw and nut fall off the building. I go downstairs. There are lots of people there and a big dog in a disguise. I know the dog from a class. A. is standing with others and he's hoping to be filmed to get more attention. I look for the black nut and bolt on the floor. I think I'm in the right place. But it seems impossible to find it.
